How many people with a history of depression do you know, that have developed mechanisms of recognizing symptoms, dealing with them, and emerging on the healthy end two days later? How many of them get actively engaged in community projects, instigate them, start a company? How about get asked to go onto a TEDx stage to talk about themselves?

Meet Sam Holt. He goes out with love to the world, seeks opportunities, grabs them, and that brings more opportunities. He’s the linchpin for the community.
